Most of my experience comes from being on the practitioner side — working across retail, SMEs and now B2B technology. I enjoy conversations where people can talk openly about what was tried, what worked, what did not, and what changed afterwards.

I've also had opportunities to contribute as an industry event emcee and host. I'm open to doing more through panels, fireside chats, moderated conversations and relevant speaking sessions.

Potential Topics

  • Big Marketing Thinking, Lean Marketing Resources

How smaller marketing teams can prioritise, experiment, and create impact without trying to imitate organisations with much larger resources.

  • Making B2B Marketing Less Boring

Finding the human and commercial story behind technical products, operational processes, and seemingly dry subject matter.

  • Collaboration Makes the World Go Around

Using relationships, data, and mutual value to create partnerships that work for both sides.

  • From Doing the Work to Leading the Work

Lessons from becoming a first-time marketing manager while remaining hands-on.

  • From Campaigns to Calories

What losing weight, gaining it back, and starting again taught me about objectives, milestones, data, iteration and sustainable progress — lessons that turned out to be surprisingly familiar from marketing.

Where I Can Contribute

I'm particularly comfortable in formats that allow for practical discussion rather than a polished one-way pitch.

  • Panels and roundtable discussions
  • Fireside chats and practitioner conversations
  • Industry and association events
  • Moderating or hosting relevant sessions
  • Marketing and B2B technology discussions
